Guide Me, Lord Lead me in Thy truth and
teach me, for Thou art the
God of my salvation; On Thee
do I wait all the day. Ps.25:5

Guide me as I go about
My work, dear Lord, I pray---
Let me be a shining light
To all I meet today.

Let no foul language cross my lips,
No gossip fill my talk---
Instead, help me speak words of love,
To help others in their walk.

Let me not be envious,
Or waste time in idle boast---
Instead, remind me to give thanks
For all that I love most.

Strengthen me, and guide me, Lord,
Today, and every day---
That I may give you glory
With all I do and say.
