God's Purpose
Who hath saved us, and called us with a
holy calling, not according to our works,
but according to his own purpose and
grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus
before the world began. II Tim. 1:9
|
God set a purpose for each life, Before ever the world began: Some to teach, and some to preach The Word to sinful man.
Some may be missionaries, In countries so far away, While some may only serve at home, It's up to God to say.
Each person is important, In God's eternal scheme. Each one has a special place; We're all part of God's team.
Seek God's purpose for your life, Each and every day you live, And give to Him your very best, Till you've nothing left to give.
For in this there is true happiness, Great reward will be yours, too. Give your very best to God, For He gave His best for you!
