Speak The Name

The name of the LORD is a strong tower:
the righteous runs into it, and is safe.
(Proverbs 18:10)

Words have power, there is no doubt about it. And what we speak is what will be fulfilled in our lives. What we speak is what will increase. When we constantly speak negatively, negativity will increase. Is that how we want to live? When we constantly express doubt or despair about our circumstances, what we are really doing is casting doubt upon God, His provision, His care for us, His activity in our circumstance.

By the same token, when we express gratitude to God, recognizing Him as the source of all our blessings, we open our lives up for further blessings! Gratitude brings more to be grateful for! Giving thanks to God for all He does for us every day makes us more aware of His intervention in our lives.

The NAME of the Lord is so mighty, so powerful. Speak His name into your day! Speak His name into your circumstances! There is power in the name of the Lord! When things are going well for us, Praise God. When they are not, speak His name, asking Him for His help. Either way, speaking His name opens the lines of communication, and opens the door to receive His blessings, His answers, His power and protection!

What is your need? There is a name of God that addresses that need. Do you need healing, for instance? Call upon the name Jehovah Rapha, God is our Healer. Do you have a financial need? Call out to Jehovah Jireh, God will Provide. Someone has wronged you? Turn to Jehovah El Gomolah, The LORD of recompence. Is is very much to our benfit to learn The Many Names Of God , to be able to speak His name in our circumstance, whatever it may be.

Speak the name of the Lord! Speak positive words, affirming His love, His grace, His mercy. Speak His truth, give Him praise in all circumstances, good or bad, knowing that He is Sovereign over all and will work it all out for our good and His glory! Speak - and then sit back and see what the Lord will do!
