Peace I leave with you, my peace
I give unto you: not as the world
giveth, give I unto you. Let not
your heart be troubled, neither
let it be afraid. John 14:27

Jesus said "I'll never leave you,
I see your every tear,
And you can trust My promise,
My child, I'm always here.

Even in your grief and sorrow,
Let My words in you abide:
I never will forsake you,
I'm right here, by your side.

When you seek Me, you will find Me,
For I'm never far away;
Just knock, and the door will open,
And forever with you, I'll stay.

For you are My precious one,
I gave My life for you;
That shows how much I love you,
And My Father loves you, too.

So never feel like you're forgotten,
Bring Me all your doubts and fear;
Even when you don't feel My presence,
I promise: I'll always be here."

My peace surpasses all understanding,
Sweet blessings that I hold in store;
A haven in the midst of life's troubles,
And I'll dwell with you there evermore.
