You Gave Me Grace
In the midst of my worst season,
When life had no rhyme or reason,
You met me in that place:
You gave me grace.
And while I spent time in denial,
You didn't take away my trial,
But as tears ran down my face,
You gave me grace.
And when peace was hard to get,
You never once let me forget,
No matter what I had to face,
You gave me grace.
And you made me understand,
That you held me by the hand,
And however bad the case,
Sufficient is Your grace.
Grace: Gods Riches At Christ's Expense,
Undeserved, and given with love immense.
I bow before You, so amazed:
You gave me grace.
You gave me grace, for every need,
You gave me strength, and peace indeed,
And I could almost see Your face,
You gave me grace.
