On Judgment Day
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that every one might receive the things done in his body, according to that he
has done, whether it be good or bad. II Cor. 5:10
When life on earth has ended, And the judgement day is here- Will you run to meet your Father, Or cringe from Him in fear?
And on that day of judgement, When the Father calls your name- Will you stand before Him proudly, Or hang your head in shame?
Do you truly live to serve Him, So that on that final day He'll take you in His loving arms, Instead of casting you away.
One day we'll face our Savior For that final judgement call- Will He look, and find you lacking Have you given Him your all?
Christ paid the price for all our sins, He died for you and me, So that we might have abundant life, Now, and eternally.
Please accept the love He offers, His mercy, and His grace- For the judgement day is coming, When we'll meet Him, face to face.
