Jesus Rose Again!
God's only Son was crucified, Yes, Jesus died upon that cross. His disciples watched in sorrow Thinking now all hope would be lost.
They placed Him in a borrowed tomb, But in that tomb He did not stay; He rose again, just like He'd said, That heavy stone was rolled away.
Yes, it's true! Jesus rose again, And from that very same hour. He gave to us salvation's hope, With His resurrection power,
You see, it was for this He came, To die on that cross in our stead, To pay the price for all our sin, When He arose up from the dead.
If we have faith in Him alone, He'll gently take us by the hand, And lead us out from death's dark door, To our home in that promised land.
Yes! Hallelulia, Jesus lives, And He's prepared for us a place, Where there's no pain or suffering, Where we will see Him, face to face.
