Jesus answered and said unto him,
"Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born again, he
cannot see the kingdom of God."
John 3:3

I once was lost, lonely and wretched,
A life filled with shame and with sin;
But then I heard about this Jesus,
And by His grace, I've been born again!.

My ugly sins all are forgiven,
To be remembered again nevermore;
My Savior took my sins upon Him,
My shame and guilt He freely bore.

Nothing did I do to ever deserve it,
I was not worth the price that he paid,
But Jesus had said "whosoever will",
That promise to sinners was made.

He did it for me, He will do it for you,
He will free you from all of your sin;
Won't you take the salvation He offers,
Just trust Him, and be born again!

Oh Jesus, how much I do love You!
You gave me new life, abundant and free,
Not only here, upon this earth,
But in glory, for eternity!
