What Jesus Is To Me
But God commendeth his love toward
us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)
You mock me about Jesus, You say you just can't see “What's the big deal?” you say, “What does Jesus mean to me?”
You don't believe He died for us, Shed His blood to set us free, So let me tell you all about What Jesus is to me.
Jesus is Sovereign over all, He is my Lord and King; I owe him my love and loyalty, For He gave me everything!
Jesus is my Lord and Savior, He holds me in His hand, He paid my way into heaven, So I am His to command,
Some sweet day, He will return, To take me home to heaven, Where I will worship Him forever, For the salvation He has given!
He wants to be your Savior, too, Your Lord, and your best friend; Please open up your heart today, And invite Him to come in.
