In my Father's house are many mansions: 
if it were not so, I would have told you. I go 
to prepare a place for you. And if I go and 
prepare a place for you, I will come again, 
and receive you unto myself; that where I 
am, there you may be also. (John 14:2-3)  








We have so many troubles in this world,

Tribulations we  face on life’s way;

Many temptations we must overcome,

But I’m going to heaven one day.




In heaven there'll be no more trials,

No heartaches, no troubles, no pain,

Jesus will wipe every tear from our eyes,

When we get to heaven one day.




There’s no pain or illness in heaven,

No worries or bills we must pay, 

No cares of this world, no more troubles,

When we get to heaven one day.




In heaven the Son will be shining,

There’ll be no more darkness, or fear,

No loneliness, heartache, or sorrow,

“Cause Jesus will always be near!




Yes, heaven will be truly perfect,

All earthly cares just melt away;

With Jesus as my Lord and Savior,

I know I'm going to heaven one day!




Only Jesus can get us to heaven,

For He is the Truth and the Way;

If you’ve received Christ as your Savior,

I’ll see you in heaven one day!
